At Beroin, we create products that help you perform better and be proud of who you are. Whether you’re using our jewelry at work, in a night party or even on the street, we always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, there are some restrictions apply.
We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:
- Must be within 60 days from the purchase date.
- Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. In addition, we will also not return and exchange sale-off or special items ( will be noted on the website)
- Accessories have all parts of the original packaging. The items which miss details and are deformed, not in the initial shape, material, size as posted on website will not be allowed.
- The product is in its original state and packaging. Items must be in new condition, full box, and tags
Exchange and return process:
Step 1: Please send us intact items’ photos, verified code and the reason why you want to refund/ exchange via email: support@beroin.com
Step 2: Beroin will check the customer's order information and refund request. If it is eligible, we will send you a notification email with the nearest address, along with a code called RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Step 3: Customers need to send the items to the right address and RMA code that Beroin has provided, and email the shipping bill to email: support@beroin.com

Step 4: Beroin’s representative will check the product and RMA code.
Step 5: divided into 3 cases:
1/ Exchange:
All shipping fees will not be returned except the case of the products you have purchased from us are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown. In that need to provide proof of the shipping amount and can only exchange for one time.
2/ Faulty Return:
In case of the products you have purchased are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you will receive 100% payment for that product. In addition, we will also return 80% of total shipping fees (*). Customers will receive the payment after 5 - 7 business days after the product are returned
(*) Total of shipping fees include:
(1): shipping cost when you purchase with us.
(2): shipping cost when you send the product back to our warehouse (at step 3)
Note: The shipping amount Beroin could pay must be less than or equal to 10$ and have proof of shipping amount attached (tracking code and photo of shipping invoice). For example:
If your total shipping fees ( (1)+(2) ) is 8$ and is eligible, Beroin will refund an amount of 80%x*$=6.4$
If your total shipping fees ( (1)+(2) ) is 12$ and is eligible, Beroin can only refund 10$
3/ Change of Mind Return:
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must provide the proof of purchase;
- Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
- You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
- Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
